We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be non-embroidered, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for embroidered, used, or sale items.
Refunds
